International Worker is published by the Central Committee of the Socialist Equality Party, the British Section of the International Committee of the Fourth International, to fight for the international unity of the working class in the struggle for socialism. The predecessor of the SEP, the International Communist Party, was founded in 1986 to defend socialist internationalism against the nationalist degeneration of the leadership of the Workers Revolutionary Party.

The electronic version of International Worker provides the full content of the printed version, together with links to important articles from the press of other sections of the International Committee of the Fourth International and The International Workers Bulletin, newsjournal of The World Socialist Web Site.

We urge all readers to send letters and submit news reports and orther articles to the editor for possible publication.
